DO THIS Exercise to Rehab an Old Ankle Sprain

This is one of my favorite simple self care exercises to give to clients to help them regain proper foot, ankle, knee, and hip alignment and better balance and proprioception. It help them to more easily be able to walk and run with all joints moving in a more efficient way and undoes inefficient patterns caused by old ankle sprains that were not properly rehabilitated.

For a more in depth analysis on why getting the big toe moving properly matters, check out the amazing Erik Dalton’s video: https://youtu.be/_ZEgRhYvqoQ
