Once you enter at 160 Broadway, let the doorman know you have an appointment with us.
- **Make sure that you skip the "first main bank of elevators".
- Go straight to the end of the entryway, past a small newsstand.
- Hang a left through the double doors, then an immediate left into the next hallway (it comes up quickly).
- This hallway has a few twists and a half set of stairs down.
After the stairs take the elevator on the left up the 10th floor, which opens directly into our studio. - Relax, sit on the couch, pour yourself some water. Enjoy the quiet 🙂
- If you need to use the restroom, it's at the right end of the studio next to the stairs exit door.
- Your therapist will come out and meet you at the time of your appointment to take you into the treatment room.
*If you have an injury that makes walking down a half set of stairs difficult, let us know, and we'll arrange to meet you at the side entrance at 6 Maiden Lane.

Once you enter at 336 West 37th St:
- Take the elevators to the 7th floor
- Make a left to Suite 710
- Please wait in the waiting area...feel free to grab some water or tea 🙂
- If you need to use the bathrooms, they are in the main hallway just ahead to the left of the elevators
- Your therapist will greet you in the waiting area at the start time of your massage and take you back to the treatment room
