  • While we make every effort to provide quality classes and instructors, we cannot guarantee satisfaction with every class offered. No Refunds will be made for classes already taken. We do, however, invite your honest appraisal of our classes and teachers; an evaluation form is handed out at the end of every class for this purpose, or you can fill out an online evaluation.
  • If you can’t attend class and notify us within 7 days prior to the start of the class, we will issue your refund as credit towards taking a future CEU class. Any cancellations that occur with less than 7 days notice will not be eligible for either a refund or credit.
  • In cases of sudden illness that prevents you from canceling with sufficient notice, an account credit will be issued for use towards a future course at our studio.

If you are logged into the website using your Mindbody account, you may need to log out from that and then log in using the login credentials for your student portal that you created when you signed up for your first CEU class here: https://bodyworksdw.com/your-student-profile-page/
  • The username for your student portal can either be the email you used to sign up for your first class or the First name Last name that you were asked to choose for your username.
  • If you have forgotten your password, there is a password reset link located directly below the login button on the pop-up window when you click the login button on the student portal page, please click to initiate a password reset before contacting us.
  • If you have taken a course that David teaches at another school, please use this link to create a student profile login: https://bodyworksdw.com/registration/ All enrollees will be given access to the course through this student profile.
