Stress-relieving Desk Stretches: Who says you have to feel bad at work?

This is one of David's favorite self care psoas relaxation exercises to give to clients. It's such a simple way to feel relief for your low back pain, psoas tightness, and hamstring tightness. Stay in this position for 5-8 minutes and let the tension fade away!

Corrective Exercises: 1 Simple Technique For BACK PAIN Relief (Psoas Release)

This is one of my favorite simple self care exercises to give to clients to help them regain proper foot, ankle, knee, and hip alignment and better balance and proprioception. It help them to more easily be able to walk and run with all joints moving in a more efficient way and undoes inefficient patterns caused by old ankle sprains that were not properly rehabilitated.

Corrective Exercises: DO THIS counterintuitive fix to Improve Low Back Pain

One of our favorite exercises to help you to fix rounded shoulders with resistance bands. This exercise will also help rotator cuff related pain, as well as neck pain. Rounded shoulders are one of the most common issues we see with clients and can come from a combination of desk work, device usage, and older injuries.
