Massage Tutorial: Techniques for Jaw Tension & Head Forward Posture

We sometimes ignore the jaw muscles as massage therapists unless a client is specifically complaining of TMJ or headaches. However, jaw tension is going to be present for most of our head forward posture clients complaining of neck, back, and shoulder tension as well.

This video presents a great sequence of techniques that can help relieve jaw tension and also help relieve head forward posture that often goes along with it. You can use it for TMJ, but also for neck, back, and shoulder issues as well!
