Shari Nicole, LMT (she/her/they) is a graduate of the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences. Inspired by her parent’s arthritic pain and her own issues with chronic pain and athletic dance injuries, Shari weaves together her experience and knowledge in body kinesthetics and holistic, medical approaches to pain management.

Shari specializes in and integrates Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy for rotator cuff, hip, & back pain, and post-injury recovery. She also aims to relieve chronic pelvic pain and prenatal discomfort, and integrates her deep interest in traditional healing arts into her clinical, intuitive approach to therapeutic bodywork.

Shari understands that manual and movement therapies are key to moving and releasing the musculoskeletal and emotional traumas that accumulate on the body’s cellular level and contribute to physical pain, anxiety, and other physiological conditions. She is committed to helping her clients improve their health and longevity through the power of touch and helping them develop their own self-care routines utilizing yoga, stretching, and breathwork.

Formerly a transformational organizational and leadership professional, Shari is a 500-hour RYT, second degree Reiki practitioner, and meditation guide with a practical yet heart-centered approach and passion for living with authenticity, purpose, and integrity.
