Mary Rogers, LMT (she/her) is a graduate from Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences. While in school, she studied Deep Tissue Massage, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Myofascial Release, and Reflexology. Mary integrates techniques from these methods to tailor a well rounded session for each client.
Mary is also a professional dancer which has given her a deep understanding of the body and posture. Mary's passion for Massage Therapy started when she began seeing an LMT who helped her through her injuries, allowing her to continue dancing. Mary learned the importance of proper alignment, rest, recovery, and self care. Through Massage Therapy, Mary hopes to help other people find freedom from their pain and prevent future injuries.
In her sessions, Mary is dedicated to creating a safe and positive environment for her clients. Mary welcomes feedback from her clients to ensure that the wellness goal is reached.
