Kalina Jasper LMT —

Kalina Jasper, LMT (she/her) was born and raised in NYC. In addition to being an LMT, she's also a Reiki Master, and meditation teacher. Her practice is an intuitively integrated approach to healing the body, mind, and spirit as a whole with the support of modalities such as Energy medicine, Shiatsu, Meditation, including trigger point therapy and Myofascial Release. Depending on what is needed for an individual, Kalina works on the physical level of the Soft tissue and musculature, to the level of the Spirit - the bio-field, energy meridians and chakras. Kalina strives to approach each person’s needs individually and create a safe, non-judgmental, and calming space to bring them back to a state of balance, presence, and freedom. She received her training at the Swedish Institute in NYC.
