She is also trained in prenatal massage and has supported people through various stages of pregnancy and the birthing process. She spent three seasons as the sports massage therapist for the University of Missouri Women’s Soccer Team and recently completed certification in ACE Massage Cupping Level 1. Jenny's approach to holistic therapeutic bodywork is also informed by her experiences as a yoga teacher, dancer, athlete, theatre artist, and group facilitator. She believes in the interconnection between personal and cultural healing and seeks to cultivate a therapeutic practice that is accessible to and affirming of all bodies. She trusts each body's restorative and transformational capacities, especially when supported by listening and presence.
