Asif Ullah, LMT (he/him) has been a massage therapist and holistic heath practitioner for over 15 years. His understanding of the body is informed by western anatomy and physiology, the yogic concept of the five bodies, and Ayurvedic energetics and body systems. He has worked with hundreds of clients over the years in managing and transforming pain. He holds degrees and certifications in Ayurveda, herbalism, massage (LMT), and nutrition (B.S, M.S).
