Once you enter 160 Broadway, let the doorman know you have a massage with us.

Make sure you skip the first main bank of elevators
Go straight to the end of the entryway, towards the mirrored wall
Take a left through the double doors, then an immediate left into the next hallway labeled “Maiden Lane”. This hallway has a few twists and a half set of stairs down
Take the elevator on the left up the 10th floor, which opens directly into our studio
Relax, sit on the couch, pour yourself some water. Enjoy the quiet 🙂
If you need to use the restroom, it's at the right end of the studio next to the stairs exit door
Your therapist will come out and meet you at the time of your appointment to take you into the treatment room

*If you are unable to use the half set of stairs, please enter and exit through our 6 Maiden Lane entrance. See directions below -

Let us know if special accommodations need to be made for safe entry into our studio. By using our 6 Maiden Lane entrance, you will avoid half a set of stairs
To the right of the 6 Maiden Lane entryway, you'll see a silver intercom
The third button from the bottom belongs to our studio. There is a label next to it that says "Bodyworks DW"
Press that button and wait for our team to let you in. You'll hear a clicking sound when the door is unlocked

Please note that our front desk team starts at 10am. If you need to contact us before entering our studios due to accessibility needs, please book your appointment after 10am.

Contact us if you have any issues finding our Midtown West studio. If you follow these directions you'll find us easily 🙂

Once you enter at 336 West 37th St:

Take the elevators to the 7th floor
Make a left to Suite 710
Please wait in the waiting area...feel free to grab some water or tea 🙂
If you need to use the bathrooms, they are in the main hallway just ahead to the left of the elevators
Your therapist will greet you in the waiting area at the start time of your massage and take you back to the treatment room
