WHY Nichole
Precise work.
Clear next steps.
Nichole treats the body as a connected system. She pairs structural techniques like myofascial and neuromuscular work with breath, lymphatic, and somatic release, so muscles let go and the nervous system settles. That combination helps relief last beyond the session.
Performance-Level Clinical Depth
Nichole has worked with professional athletes to help them maximize performance, and she brings that same precision to every client. Her kinesiology background and training in John Barnes Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, and sports and medical massage let her find what’s driving your pain and adapt her work to what she finds.
Gentle Where It Counts
Not every body needs more pressure. Nichole’s training in medical-grade lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, Mayan abdominal massage, and pre/postnatal care, along with her doula background, means she knows when a lighter, more precise approach will do more. Her study of the psychology of the body helps her read how you’re responding and adjust in real time.

- A purely mechanical session with no attention to stress or the nervous system
- One-off sessions with no interest in self-care or follow-up

What shapes Nichole's work
Nichole began facilitating holistic healing in 1999. Her early grounding in kinesiology gave her a detailed understanding of how the body moves, and that knowledge still anchors her work today.
Over more than two decades, she built expertise across clinical and specialty techniques, from John Barnes Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy to craniosacral work, medical-grade lymphatic drainage, and Mayan abdominal massage. Her work with professional athletes sharpened her eye for performance and recovery, while her doula background deepened her care for clients through pregnancy and postpartum.
Alongside her clinical training, Nichole studies the psychology of the body and practices energy work, including shiatsu energy pathways, light body activation, [Lago-Chi], and chakra alignment. Her background in personal training, nutrition, yoga, and meditation shapes how she sees her clients: as whole people, not isolated sore spots.
Her goal is always the same: a warm, safe space where clients leave with less pain, more energy, and a greater sense of wellbeing.
