Kim Shell, LMT (she/her) is a former professional dancer who wholeheartedly believes free, joyous (pain-free) movement is the most important element of a good life.  After retiring from the performance stage nearly a decade ago, Kim sought to bring manual therapy to her already strong Pilates program and has been helping her clients via both modalities ever since.  She studied both Western and Eastern approaches at New York College of Health Professions and allows both approaches to inform her work.

She excels with not only pain management, including work with Trigger Point and Medical Cupping Therapy, but also with providing support for both pre-operative and rehabilitative therapies for post surgical conditions.

Kim believes that massage therapy benefits all aspects of life and looks forward to offering therapeutic, relaxing treatments to any body seeking well-being.
