WHY Rebecca
Precise work.
Clear next steps.
Rebecca combines medical-massage precision with a grounded, compassionate approach—ideal for clients who want meaningful change without unnecessary intensity.
Clinically Shaped by Real-World Collaboration
Rebecca spent years working alongside osteopaths, pain management physicians, and physical therapists. That exposure sharpened her ability to think in systems—not just muscles. She understands how massage fits into a broader recovery plan and how to work safely and progressively with post-surgical and medically complex clients.
A Dancer's Eye for Mechanics
Rebecca’s ongoing practice in contemporary dance, capoeira, and swing dancing gives her a lived understanding of coordination, rhythm, and whole-body mechanics. She doesn’t just treat tissue—she sees how you move through space. That perspective helps her recognize subtle compensations, asymmetries, and movement habits that contribute to recurring pain, especially in active clients and performers.
Strong Work, Delivered Thoughtfully
Her pressure is confident and intentional, but never aggressive for the sake of intensity. Rebecca has a steady, grounded touch that allows clients to relax enough for deeper work to be effective. It’s not rushed, and it’s never performative—just precise.
Comfortable in Transitional Phases
From post-surgical recovery to pregnancy and postpartum shifts, Rebecca works confidently with bodies that are changing. She understands how to adjust depth, positioning, and pacing to meet clients exactly where they are—without overdoing it or under-treating.

What shapes Rebecca's work
Rebecca graduated from the Swedish Institute in 2011 and has spent more than a decade refining her approach within collaborative medical settings. Working alongside osteopaths, pain management doctors, and physical therapists shaped her appreciation for how structure, nervous system regulation, and movement patterns intersect.
Her sessions are both strong and thoughtful. She draws from Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, and Shiatsu to address restrictions at their source rather than chasing symptoms. For prenatal and postnatal clients, she applies the same clinical lens—supporting structural adaptation while respecting the body’s changing demands.
Rebecca’s work reflects a deep respect for the mind-body connection. She understands that injury, stress, and chronic pain are rarely isolated events. They accumulate. Her role is to help unwind that accumulation systematically and safely.
Outside the treatment room, Rebecca is an active mover. She practices contemporary dance, capoeira, and swing dancing—disciplines that continually inform her understanding of coordination, rhythm, and whole-body integration. She also designs and sews her own clothing, a craft that mirrors her bodywork philosophy: careful construction, attention to detail, and thoughtful structure create better long-term results.
