WHY Jessica

Precise work.
Clear next steps.

Jessica works from global to local—addressing ribcage, breath mechanics, hips, and compensation patterns before narrowing into the area that hurts. This approach helps results last longer and reduces symptom chasing.

  • Prenatal Depth & Experience

Jessica specializes in prenatal work that goes beyond “light massage.” With advanced training in pregnancy positioning and doula-informed care, she understands rib expansion, pelvic load changes, sciatic irritation, and diaphragm restriction that often develop during pregnancy. Her work is supportive—but structurally effective.

  • Mobility + Nervous System Integration

With a background in Thai massage, yoga, and guided breathwork, Jessica integrates movement and pacing strategically. She knows when to slow the system down—and when to layer in mobility so your body doesn’t revert back to the same pattern next week.

  • Best Fit

Is Jessica the right therapist for you?

    A great fit if you:

    • Head, jaw, and facial tension (TMJ, teeth grinding, stress-related headaches)

    • Chronic stress and burnout that show up physically

    • Neck and upper back tightness from desk work or long hours

    • Workplace and repetitive strain patterns

    • Sciatica, hip tension, and nerve-related discomfort

    • Plantar fasciitis and heel pain connected to whole-leg mechanics

Not the best fit if you want:

    • Spa-only relaxation massage with no assessment

    • Extremely aggressive pressure without pacing

    • One-off sessions with no interest in body awareness or follow-up care

    Massage for upper back pain

    What shapes Jessica's work

Jessica entered the wellness field in 2010. Years spent working alongside physical therapists sharpened her understanding of biomechanics, corrective exercise, and injury patterns—foundations that continue to influence her massage work today.

After graduating from massage school in 2012, she expanded into Thai Massage, Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, Reiki I, guided meditation, and Hatha Yoga. Rather than stacking modalities for variety, she refined her ability to adapt them strategically based on what the body presents.

Since 2021, Jessica has furthered her practice with Prenatal massage, recognizing that pregnancy requires structural precision. Her doula training in 2023 and 2025 expanded her understanding of birth preparation, labor support, and postpartum recovery. This perspective allows her to support clients not just as isolated bodies on a table, but as people moving through major physiological transitions.

Clients often describe her as calm, grounded, and easy to talk to. That steadiness isn’t accidental—it allows for deeper tissue access, better nervous system regulation, and clearer communication throughout the session.

Jessica is committed to continuous learning and regularly receives bodywork herself to refine her touch and observational skills.
