  • Precision without overkill

Hannah’s sessions are focused and collaborative. She uses clear communication and adaptive pressure to address restriction without overwhelming the nervous system. The goal isn’t to “go as deep as possible”—it’s to apply the right input so change actually holds.

  • Performer’s recovery lens

As a working dancer and circus performer, Hannah understands firsthand how repetitive stress, overtraining, and asymmetry build up in the body. She recognizes the difference between “normal soreness” and patterns that quietly turn into injury. That lived experience allows her to pace treatment intelligently—supporting recovery without destabilizing performance.

  • Best Fit

Is Hannah the right therapist for you?

    A great fit if you:

    • You’re an athlete, dancer, or physically active professional managing recurring strain

    • You want focused work that improves movement—not just temporary relaxation

    • You experience overuse tension from rehearsals, training, or long work hours

    • You appreciate clear communication and collaborative sessions

Not the best fit if you want:

    • You’re looking for a spa-only relaxation massage with no assessment

    • You want maximum pressure regardless of tissue response

    • You prefer a passive session without feedback or movement checks

    What shapes Hannah's work

Hannah’s path into massage therapy was shaped by her career as a professional dancer and circus performer. After earning her BFA in Dance Theater in 2021, she performed in high-demand aerial and circus environments, working alongside athletes and movement professionals whose livelihoods depend on physical precision.

Experiencing the repetitive strain of performance herself sparked a deeper interest in body mechanics, tissue health, and injury prevention. That curiosity led her to the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences, where she trained extensively in Swedish massage, sports massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point techniques, and myofascial release.

Today, Hannah integrates her performer’s awareness with structured clinical reasoning. She understands how compensation patterns develop—whether from stage performance, strength training, desk work, or daily stress—and she approaches each session with a practical goal: reduce strain, improve movement efficiency, and help clients sustain their progress over time.

Outside the studio, Hannah continues her movement practice through Pilates and dance training. She also enjoys baking (cookies are a specialty) and catching the latest films when she’s offstage and off the table.

    What Clients Notice

Hannah was amazing! My massage was really productive and she was so knowledgeable! I left feeling like I had learned a lot about my body and patterns that cause tightness, yet also relaxed and recharged. Will definitely be recommending and will definitely be back! Loved the space and ambience too. Thanks Bodyworks!
