WHY Christopher
Precise work.
Clear next steps.
Christopher combines high-level performance experience with deep clinical precision. His sessions are structured, strategic, and built around measurable change—not guesswork.
Clinical & Rehab Expertise
Christopher collaborates with physicians and physical therapists to support post-surgical care and chronic joint conditions, integrating structural alignment and neuromuscular evaluation to reduce pain and improve functional movement.
25 Years of Pattern Recognition
Nearly two and a half decades in practice gives Christopher something no weekend certification can replicate: pattern recognition. He can quickly distinguish between local irritation and a larger mechanical imbalance because he has seen thousands of variations of both.
NFL Performance Environment
Christopher supported the strength and conditioning team for the Green Bay Packers, working inside a system where recovery timelines, tissue quality, and movement efficiency directly affect performance outcomes. That environment demands precision, not guesswork.
Collegiate Athletics Leadership
He ran the bodywork program for a Division II athletics department, coordinating care for athletes across multiple sports. This means he understands not just isolated injuries—but the training loads, seasonal stress, and sport-specific demands that create them.
Advanced Precision Training
Extensive study in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy and certification in Structural Integration allow him to work at a high level of specificity. He doesn’t just “release tight tissue.” He evaluates nerve involvement, connective tissue adaptation, and structural load pathways.
Best Fit
Is Christopher the right therapist for you?
A great fit if you:
• Have recurring pain that returns under training or daily stress
• Feel strong but “restricted” or mechanically inefficient
• Are an athlete (competitive or recreational) who wants better recovery
• Have a movement pattern that hasn’t improved with generic massage
• Want clear explanation and objective re-testing
Not the best fit if you want:
• Are looking strictly for a spa-style relaxation session
• Prefer a passive experience with no assessment or movement checks
• Want maximum intensity without pacing or structural logic

CONDITIONS TREATED
What Christopher helps with most often
Tap a condition to learn more—start where it hurts.
You don’t need the perfect label for your pain—start with what you feel. Christopher will evaluate what’s driving it.
HOW Christopher WORKS
How sessions work—and why results hold
Listen + assess
Your story + a few movement checks (quick, practical, not performative).
Targeted treatment
Christopher blends deep tissue, myofascial, neuromuscular/trigger‑point, and orthopedic techniques—based on what your body needs that day.
Re‑check + next steps
We re‑test what matters, then you leave with a simple plan and 1–3 next steps to help results hold between visits.
Time not styles
You book time (60 or 90 minutes). After evaluation, we choose the right blend—no spa menu.
Support beyond the table
When helpful, Christopher can coordinate with your PT/MD/trainer so your plan stays aligned.

What shapes Christopher's work
Christopher’s clinical approach is shaped by nearly a quarter century of hands-on experience working with athletes and high-performance populations. After leading the bodywork program for a Division II athletics department, he went on to support the strength and conditioning team for the Green Bay Packers—an environment where precision, recovery, and performance capacity are non-negotiable.
His training in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy allows him to isolate and address specific nerve and muscular dysfunction patterns with accuracy. Certification in Structural Integration further sharpens his ability to assess whole-body mechanics rather than treating symptoms in isolation. He looks at how joints load, how tissue adapts, and where compensation patterns are developing long before they become chronic pain.
Christopher’s sessions are performance-informed but not performance-exclusive. You do not need to be a professional athlete to benefit from his approach. Anyone dealing with recurring mechanical strain, imbalance, or inefficient movement can expect structured care focused on restoring durability and efficiency.
His work is direct, thoughtful, and purposeful. Pressure is adaptive—not aggressive for the sake of intensity. Every technique serves a functional goal.
