Christopher Betow, LMT (he/him) brings nearly 25 years of experience and a performance-focused lens to clinical bodywork. His career includes running the bodywork program for a Division II athletics department and supporting the strength and conditioning team for the Green Bay Packers. Christopher is extensively trained in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy and certified in Structural Integration, allowing him to assess mechanics, identify imbalance, and restore functional movement. His enthusiasm for human performance and recovery informs every session.
