Lead Massage Therapist
Andrew Pannullo, LMT
Andrew is a NYS-licensed massage therapist at Bodyworks DW specializing in complex tension patterns, nerve-related symptoms, and chronic pain that hasn’t fully resolved with typical massage.
With over 13 years in practice, Andrew brings a strong movement background—including decades of Aikido, Qi Gong, meditation, and high-intensity strength training—into his clinical work. He’s known for combining thoughtful assessment with adaptable hands-on technique, blending strong, targeted work with subtle precision depending on what your body needs that day.
His approach is collaborative and structured: brief analysis, flexible treatment plan, and clear guidance so results don’t fade between sessions.

What shapes Andrew's work
Andrew Pannullo is native to Queens, New York and a graduate of the New York College of Health Professions (2012). His original training included Swedish massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, medical massage, myofascial release, therapeutic deep tissue, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, prenatal massage, and reflexology.
Over the past 13+ years in practice, Andrew has continued expanding his clinical lens. His decades-long Aikido practice, Qi Gong and meditation training, and 12 years as a high-intensity circuit trainer deeply inform how he understands movement, compensation patterns, and resilience. He is currently NASM-certified as a personal trainer and pursuing additional certifications in corrective exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness-based stress reduction teaching.
Andrew is also certified in Complete Decongestive Therapy, including Manual Lymphatic Drainage—particularly useful in post-surgical recovery when appropriate.
Before becoming a massage therapist, Andrew worked with intellectually disabled children, an experience that profoundly shaped his patience, empathy, and communication style. He brings that same attentiveness and humanity into every session.
Outside the studio, you’ll likely find Andrew cooking, cycling, practicing martial arts, strength training, working on his car, spending time in nature, or caring for his father.
