IN-PERSON CLASSROOM CEU • MIDTOWN WEST (NYC)
Body Mechanics for Myofascial Release: Efficiency, Pressure & Longevity
Most therapists think their results are limited by technique—but it’s often how they’re using their body.
If your pressure feels inconsistent, your hands fatigue quickly, or certain techniques feel harder than they should, the issue isn’t strength—it’s mechanics.
In this hands-on course, you’ll learn how to apply myofascial release using your body more efficiently—so your work becomes more consistent, less physically demanding, and easier to sustain over time.
Small group format. Hands-on, clinically focused training.

THE CLINICAL WHY
Better results don’t come from working harder—they come from using your body differently.
Most therapists rely on muscular effort to create pressure—pushing, pressing, and working harder than necessary. But that approach:
- creates inconsistent pressure
- leads to fatigue and injury
- and limits how effective your work can be
Myofascial release works best when pressure is applied through body weight, direction, and control—not force. When your mechanics improve:
- pressure becomes more consistent
- your hands and body experience less strain
- and your results improve—without doing more
This course shifts the focus from “how hard you work” to how effectively you use your body to deliver pressure.
