IN-PERSON CLASSROOM CEU • MIDTOWN WEST (NYC)
MFR for the Shoulders
Shoulder pain is rarely just a “shoulder problem.”
Most treatments focus on local techniques—rotator cuff work, trigger points, stretching—but miss the bigger picture of how the shoulder is being loaded and restricted.
In this 2-day clinical course, you’ll learn how to assess shoulder positioning, identify the real drivers of restriction, and apply myofascial release in a way that actually improves movement—not just short-term relief.
Early access: Use code SHOULDER20 for $384 (regularly $480) on the first 4 seats.

THE CLINICAL WHY
The shoulder isn’t isolated—and treating it like it is limits your results.
The shoulder is one of the most mobile—and most compensated—areas of the body.
Pain and restriction often come from how the scapula, ribcage, spine, and surrounding fascia are interacting—not just the rotator cuff itself.
Myofascial release can be extremely effective for improving mobility and reducing pain, but only when applied with a clear understanding of structure and function.
Without that context, it becomes just another set of techniques.
This course shifts the focus from “MFR ON the shoulder” to understanding how to use MFR to influence the entire system around it.
