LIVE WEBINAR CEU • ONLINE
Massage for Post Surgical Recovery
Working with post-surgical clients isn’t about “being careful”—it’s about knowing what actually matters at each stage of recovery.
In this 3-hour clinical webinar, you’ll learn how to assess post-surgical presentations, understand recovery timelines, and deliver effective treatment without guessing or defaulting to overly cautious work.
You’ll see exactly how this translates into real outcomes through a full-length guest client treatment and walkthrough.
Early access: Use code POSTSURG20 for $45 (regularly $75) on the first 25 seats.

THE CLINICAL WHY
“Be careful” isn’t a treatment strategy
Post-surgical clients are often either under-treated or treated too aggressively—both leading to stalled progress.
Without a clear understanding of healing timelines, tissue tolerance, and compensation patterns, it’s easy to either avoid meaningful work or push into areas that aren’t ready.
This course reframes post-surgical massage from “what techniques are safe?” to a more useful question:
What actually moves recovery forward right now?
You’ll learn how to make decisions based on stage of healing, movement limitations, and the bigger picture of how the body is adapting—not just the surgical site itself.

Is it hands-on?

Do I need prior post-surgical training?
No—but a solid understanding of anatomy and basic assessment skills is recommended.

Will I be able to rewatch the demos?
Yes. A recording will be provided after the webinar within 3 days. This can be watched and accessed from your student portal on our ceu.bodyworksdw.com website.
